Vid2content provides an AI-powered service that converts YouTube videos into written articles, blog posts, and other content formats. The Service includes:

Video-to-article conversion
Multiple output formats (Article, Mindmap, Action Plan, Guide, Summary)
Multi-language support
Direct publishing to blog platforms
Content export and download

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

4. Usage Limits

The Service offers different usage tiers:

Free Plan: 3 conversions total (lifetime)
Pro Plan: 50 conversions per month

Usage limits reset according to your billing cycle for paid plans. Unused conversions do not roll over to the next period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Convert videos without proper authorization from content owners
Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of Vid2content and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our Service. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert and use the source video content.

We do not claim ownership of the videos you convert or the articles generated from them.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Please contact support for refund requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The accuracy of AI-generated content may vary, and you should review and edit generated content before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vid2content, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
